Kentucky

My trip here to Kentucky is going very well, I am having so much fun and keeping so busy that Internet time is very limited, in a week and two days I have only been on 3 times.

Yesterday we went to hear a band play and they were really good, I recorded some of their music on my phone.

It looks like they have changed the set up here on blogger, I will have to play around and figure it out.

Hope this cold weather warms back up soon.

Hope Everyone Had a Happy Easter

I truly hope Everyone had a Happy Easter, I got to have dinner with two of my 6 Grands.

I tried for sometime to post some pictures on here, they would not post, I hope to have my friend over this week before I leave to show me how to post them.

As you can see, many to my UFO projects have been completed. But I am going to take a time off from these while I am gone. I am cutting out some things to work on while I am gone, and may take the cotton to make a few dish rags too. I am thinking about starting a throw rug made from macrame cord I have not decided yet on that one though.

When I come back I will do a bit of planting I think I am only going to do one tomato plant, maybe two, and one pepper, I have not decided for sure yet. Then some lettuce in a window box. As well as some herbs. I will decide for sure when I come back.

I hope to post Easter pictures before I leave, as well as pictures of finished items.

My Goals for the upcoming week,
since I am leaving early Friday, and Babysit all four days I am home, my list will be short.

1. Finish packing by Wednesday evening
2. Change Astro Cage
3. Have laundry done Thursday so I leave no dirty clothes
4. Have projects cut out for time I am gone, and pack supplies for these projects
5. Keep up on all routines
6. Enjoy time Babysitting since I am leaving for a few weeks

Week in Review

This week went fairly well, I was able to keep routines up though next month I am going to revamp my routine schedule for the summer. I was able to also keep everything on my to do list done, except the two sewing project.

Yes the afghan is finally done, so are the Easter baskets. I am now working on the welcome sigh, I would like to finish it by tomorrow. I am making it for DD and would like to give it to her. I will post some pictures tomorrow, or Monday. I have taken some today, but want to take filled basket pictures before I post, and have to finish filling them.

April 1st my to do's for the week upcoming

This coming week will have several days of Babysitting two of my Grandson's and one day with appointments, so some of my free time will be very limited.

1. Sew two outfits for D
2. Sew top of mine I have cut out
3. Work on Peach and brown afghan, since I did not get it finished last month I would like to get it done this month.
4. Cut out coupons I will use and pass on the rest
5. Start packing for trip
6. Finish Easter baskets for Grandkids

Monday and Tuesday I have the boys, so I will spend time with them, I have not seen the forecast so I do not know If I will do laundry either of those days. Wednesday I have a Dr appointment so I will be there, I will take my plastic canvas along to work on. Thursday I have the day off, so that will be my misc day here at home, a day to chill and do what I want here at home. Friday and Saturday I babysit the boys again.

A week of being busy for me again, but glad it is a mostly home week.
